Beehive Policies 1) Order Processing: Beehive Products will make every effort to process orders within 4 business days of receipt of the order. We will attempt to call at the time of day you specify on the order form. Beehive does not accept credit cards online, we call our customers directly to get payment information from them. If you need your order quickly, please call us to place your order and we will provide a ship date when you call and discuss shipping options with you. 2) Customer Privacy: Beehive Products absolutely does not sell, trade or in any way provide customer information to anyone outside of our company. We treat your name, e-mail address and all other information we receive with care and respect. Beehive retains only those records required by law and shreds all other information including credit card information once the order has been processed. 3) Returns: Merchandise may be returned to Beehive Products if it is received in defective condition or if you believe the merchandise you received was not exactly as advertised. We want all our customers to be satisfied and ask that you call us prior to return of any merchandise. We will give you a return authorization code and you must have this authorization to get a refund. Beehive Products will refund the purchase price of any defective merchandise returned or merchandise returned with our approval that is in its original condition. 4) Right of Refusal: Beehive Products reserves the right to refuse to sell merchandise to anyone at any time if we either believe the purchase may be fraudulent or not in the best interest of our company.
